Funding structured around the client, not the product.
DGL Commercial Finance was founded on the belief that commercial finance should begin with the client's long-term objectives — not the facility, and not the fastest route to completion.
Every recommendation begins with the exit.
DGL Commercial Finance was founded on the belief that commercial finance should begin with the client's long-term objectives, not the product.
Throughout my career I have worked with property investors, developers and business owners, helping them structure funding for acquisitions, developments, refinances and business growth. I repeatedly saw transactions where the focus was simply on securing finance, rather than ensuring it supported the client's wider strategy.
That experience led me to establish DGL Commercial Finance.
Every recommendation begins with one question:
"What does success look like at the end of this transaction?"
Only once the exit strategy is understood do I identify the most appropriate funding solution.
Clients work directly with me throughout the process. Every enquiry is personally reviewed, every funding strategy is carefully structured and every recommendation is made with the client's long-term objectives in mind.
