This is for our Mr Darren, Darren Leigh. On Friday, the 19th of June, before eight o'clock in the morning, a client made a distress call. He needed to borrow the money he had ten days ago, otherwise he would lose his dream house. He was also flying that day to attend an event in Germany. He said he was going to cancel it and sent a message to Darren. He straightaway met the client on the same day and personally assured him it was possible. The client got the call after Darren met him, and he was very happy. We admire businesses that preach and practice excellence to deliver client satisfaction. Darren, you are an extremely dependable and solution-focused professional who prioritises

Since Darren has joined, he has brought a good solution to the problem my client faced. I've been fortunate enough that Darren is always there for my client. Currently, I have five projects with Darren and I'm so impressed with his dedication, commitment and passion.

I've got a bit of an impromptu testimonial actually for Darren. Darren, I know we joke about Darren occasionally, but Darren is brilliant because two weeks ago, Eddisons, who do our auctions, had a live auction at Bramall Lane, Sheffield United's football ground, and there were real people in the room. That's the first time since COVID that happened. One of the guys in the room bid, he got the property, he realised he'd overpaid.

Beep Finance were actually there and he spoke to them. Not sure that he was particularly enamoured with what he heard. I suggested he speaks to Darren anyway. Suffice to say Darren has sorted this loan out; it's going to complete in 18 days' time. The speed is staggering, and as an agent and an auctioneer, I can see firsthand how important the right funding is and can't recommend Darren enough.
